Hi, I got Insignia GPS NAV02R from Best Buy. The map data is back to 2009.4 1.0 PRI USA VIR. Can somebody help how to get the updated map data? Thanks.

I am a FORMER Insignia customer, myself.  I can guarantee you at this point that there will never be map updates for any of their GPS units.  Your best bet is to check out www.gpsunderground.com, and figure out how to convert your GPS to running something like MioPocket.  At that point, you can obtain the latest Navteq maps, and they will display in this unit.  MioPocket also includes a lot of features that you'll find missing in your unit.
