there is two situations:

1. You don't know nothing about connection of this device to pc. 

2. You don't want to tell and give soft.

Because Windows XP recognized it as a Windows CE usb device what means that NS-CNV43 got absolutly functional USB port.

If it's first situation - maybe you can ask somebody  who knows.

If second - I am disappointed and I will complain.:smileymad:

Hello sergehitman,

While your computer may recognize that a device is connected, the USB port on the GPS navigator is for charging the unit, not for use with computer.  The connected service subscription that came with your device is for various services that you will use on the device itself. More details can be found in the owner's manual.
