NS-KDTR2 Little Buddy Child Tracker - What phone number does it use?

Hello..  I have a Little Buddy child tracker, and I know that it requires a phone number to access the cellular network in addition to the MEID printed on its back.  Is there a way that someone here could tell me what phone number is associated with my device if they were given access to the MEID?
