Question 2: What should I do if I cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network?

  • Check the wireless signal indicator (Icon_Wi-Fi_black.png) in the status bar at the top of the screen. If there is no signal icon, you are not connected.
  • Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
  • Make sure that you select the right network and enter the correct password.
  • Check your wireless signal strength. Your signal may not be strong enough. Move closer to your router or connect to a network with a stronger signal.

  • Your tablet is visible to nearby devices while Bluetooth Settings is open. Navigate to Apps > Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth to make sure that your tablet is visible.
