I bought the Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter from Best Buy awhile ago but never went through the process of making sure it worked for my computer because I just assumed that it would. However, through many hours of search for drivers, unistalling, reinstalling, disabling, and reenabling, the usb still will not work with my bluetooth mouse or keyboard and it will not pair through my bluetooth settings.
I have an Lenovo ideapad y700 with Windows 10. I have gone through lenovo's support and specifically downloaded and installed the Broadcam driver: that didn't work. I have restared my computer countless times and I still get a Code 10 and no communication to my bluetooth devices or my computer.
