I have an Insignia NS-P11A8100 and Google Chrome always locks up with loading Facebook pages and screen scrolling. This does not seem to happen in FireFox, but my preferred browser is Google Chrome as all my bookmarks are s=ynced through my gmail account. Also, the touchpad seems a bit insensitive, as sometimes it takes 3 or more presses to open apps. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome back! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to post another question about your NS-P11A8100 tablet. I’d be happy to help you answer them.
Have you tried to uninstall Google Chrome, and reinstall it? Additionally, resetting your tablet back to the factory settings might be the best option as it should resolve the touchscreen issues you’re experiencing. You should be able to reset your tablet by selecting App>Settings>Backup & reset> Factory data reset > Reset Tablet. We always recommend that you connect your tablet to the charger to perform this action. Please let us know if resetting your tablet doesn’t resolve the issues present.

Since Google Chrome is a preloaded application it can’t be fully uninstalled. By selecting Force Stop and then Disable it essentially hides the application from being an option until you reset your tablet. I apologize that my previous response may have been misleading. Have you tried to reset your tablet back to factory settings to see if that resolves the issues you’re experiencing?

Great! Let us know if resetting your tablet doesn’t fix the lagging, or the chrome issues. We’d be happy to see what options may be available under your warranty if you had purchased it within the last year.
