Welcome to our community! Can you please share if you’re having an issue with the Win10 NS-P11W7100 that has a 32-Bit system or did you upgrade the system to a 64-Bit one? If you’ve chosen to do the latter we’d be unable to assist you directly, but you’re welcome to seek assistance from other members of our community.
Please let me know if you’re having an issue with Win10 NS-P11W7100 in it’s original 32-Bit state, and I’d be happy to see how we might be able to help or point you in the correct direction.

this is very simple....if u know a friend with the same pc model, all u have to do is to create a recovery image backup from his pc and then insert the device on which u made the backup on EgUSB DRIVE) into yours and then click restart whiles holding down the shift button, when u do this a bluescreen shows up with options. select use a device and choose the usb drive inserted. the pc ll boot from the usb and allow you to perform a system recovery.in the system recovery menu try touching the screen and you would realise the touch screen is working.....after doing the recovery, all your drivers ll be back and your pc ll operate perfectly as it was. In addition, sometimes 'only' the camera may not work. The solution to this is to reset your pc after the backup, and your camera comes back..
