Hi Guys, I need some help looking for windows drivers so i can connect and see my new insignia ns-p10a7100 tablet Android version to my windows 10 pro desktop and windows 10 laptop. I should add that this is a new as i bought it today. When i brought it back to they store they connected to their windows 10 desktop, windows 10 laptop and it noticed it right away.
Can someone help me out plz?

When i go into device mgr and have it look for the the driver it needs, it states "a service installation section in this INF is invalid". What do i need to do to fix this plz?

I am having the problem with the Model NS-P10A100 that it will not turn on, after it has worked, and is consistently charged up, but will not start. The screen just says 100% and there is no way to turn it on. If you have a way to do trouble shooting I would welcome it, otherwise it will have to return it for a refund.
