my flex android tablet is not starting on . The last time i've used was a week ago and now when i'm pressing the power key button its not giving any response. what should i do?

Can you provide the model number for the tablet? It should start with NS-. 


Plug the tablet into the outlet for at least a few hours then try to turn it on. Does the tablet respond at all? If not, try leaving it charging in a different outlet for a few hours and try again. 

 

Do you know when and where the tablet was purchased? Do you still have the receipt?

Same problem with my daughters tablet and it's only a few weeks old! Today I was charging it and it got super hot and had green lines in the screen. But it's always had problems turning on ..going to take it back to best buy tonight

I have bought 2 of these tablets in less than a month, first onecwouldnt hold a charge and I returned it in 4 days for a new one. Now, the second one I have had for 17 days and I have the same problem. The tablet says it is charging but it isn't! It went from 85 to 60 and to 34 plugged in and off. I factory reset it to see if that would help but it isn't. I usually buy Samsung tablets and I have never seen anything like this, and on a new tablet no less! I'm going to bring it to Best Buy tomorrow to see what I can do. Since I'm past the 15 day return policy by 2 days. Do they fix it there or do you guys have to fix it? I'm getting irritated at the fact that this is the second tablet to have the same problem. There's no reason why it shouldn't be charging

My power button stopped working and my insignia tablet is stuck on a loop when it powers on. It says insignia several times then says loading apps 6 of 6 then it goes back to saying insignia. What can I do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
