Re: Insignia NS-15MS08 Drivers?

I was able to unzip the drivers, however they did not help.

Still no network communication of any kind.

Can someone post the PCI ID & any details of a working wifi & BT?

Thanks!

Eric

Re: Insignia NS-15MS08 Drivers?

Is your Goodix Touch HID driver installed correctly? It should appear first in the list of Human Interface Devices in Device Manager.

Re: Insignia NS-15MS08 Drivers?

Did you install all the Windows Updates including hardware drivers?

Are there any unrecognized devices in Device Manager?

Re: Insignia NS-15MS08 Drivers?

That is the video controller, so that is why your touch isn't working. You might try checking for a driver update for that within Device Manager. Make sure the tablet can get drivers from the Internet. It should find the correct driver on Microsoft's server.
