Mine is working now, sorry Ishould have posted sooner.
It turns out the person I bought it from had it hosed up so bad the drivers were not working.
Boot usb made with rufus, Nuke&pave & drivers worked.
he never extracted the key either, from what I've read here they are not available.
Couldn't the M$ licensing be handled in the bios somehow?

I have installed windows 8.1 with Rufus
Connect kb, mouse and usb drive in a USB hub
But still tablet not booting into windows 8.1 setup
Is there any other method to install Windows 8.1?

When i let my friend borrow my tablet he installed windows 10 which I dont want and he deleted the old windows and a bunch of other things um so how to i go back to 8.1 and get the drivers installed any help is appreciated

You will need to prepare a USB drive as a UEFI boot drive and copy the Windows 8.1 setup files to the drive. Then attach a keyboard via an OTG micro-USB cable to the tablet. Click F12 on the keyboard as you power on the tablet and select boot from USB.
Install Windows 8.1 as a new installation after reformatting the system drive.
