NS-PCS21 Speakers no longer working

I have the Insignia 2.1 speaker system NS-PCS21. They worked for a while, but have now stopped after a few months. When plugged in, they don't seem to be getting power. The power light doesn't light.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that your speakers are no longer working just after a few months.  You might want to try to test your power supply to verify that it's providing power to your speakers.  If this does not help, you would need to bring your speakers back to the place of purchase for repair assistance.

I brought the speakers back to Best Buy, in Richmond Hill, ON, where I bought them. They said that since I didn't buy their extended warranty, I had to deal directly with the manufacturer.

 

Please help?

Hello matchen,

If you already tried with a different power outlet to no avail, the we will need to have a technician check them. These speakers have a 1 year manufacturer's warrant that is honored at Best Buy stores (since they are our official retailer). If you are within warranty period, and you have your receipt of purchase, then just take them to the nearest store (not necessary the one you purchased them at) and they will kindly assists you.
