One of the speakers no longer works. At one point, the speaker that no longer functions had a piece rattling inside but this no longer is the case. I've tried to unscrew it but the back plate is not coming off.
Your speakers have a one year factory warranty. If you purchase was less than one year ago, repair or replacement should be covered. Please visit the place of purchase with your receipt (needed for warranty validation) for further assistance.
