Hello,

I bought the above speakers. But one of the speakers have stopped working. The one with the Controls and Aux. Voice is too low and when I do the test, no voice from it. Is there any trouble shooting ? I can hear the voice once I touch it with my ear but thats way too low. Secondly, Would they replace it immeditiately or I would have come some other time. The product is about a month old or may be less. I bought it from Ebay. Can it be changed @ Futureshop as well ?

If one of the speakers is not working you should check the following:

1- The connections are tight between the speaker system and the device you are conneting

2- The master volume is set to a audible volume

3- The balance on the device you are connecting them is set correctly

4- Try connecting it to a different device (to check this is not related to the audio source)

If the issue persists, you will need to contact the Ebay seller since he will need to assist you in replacing this device.
