If the files are not found on the device's Insignia product page, then they are simply unavailable. The files required to make a recovery drive for my NS-P08W7100 are unavailable, so, if the tablet falls victim to corruption, it will get tossed.

I have a working NS-P11W7100. How would I image the firmware, how would I send it to you, and why would you trust a firmware image from me?
