My speakers Insignia™ 2.0 Pedestal Speaker System with Video Game Adapter (2-Piece) Model: NS-2024 were working fine until I moved my computer. When I plugged the speakers back again, the power light comes on but no sound. There is a buzzing sound when the jack is not fully plugged into the speaker port.

Can you please help?

Static or feedback should be expected if the jack is not firmly seated in the connection port. Try this step to verify that the speakers are working properly: disconnect them from your computer and connect them to a personal media player such as a portable CD player or MP3 player. If the speakers function, then settings on your computer may need to be adjusted. Let us know your results!

Thanks John. I did try that and the speakers are working fine. Guess I will have to adjust the settings on my computer.
