Model: NS-NBBAR
I am recieving an error for this device in my device manager. error reads as "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the drivers. Any ideas?

Hello Stampg85,
Unfortunately it appears that your sound bar is experiencing a hardware issue. I would suggest that you try plugging it into a different computer to verify that is not functioning properly and also to rule out that it is not an issue with the original computer. I would then suggest taking the sound bar, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-NBBAR has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Zac, i tried the sound bar on another computer and everything worked fine with the device. So it would seem that my laptop would be the issue. Any ideas on this?
