After finally convincing Windows 10 on a NS-P11W7100 (apparently not a rev-C?) to update to Version 1709 (ver 10.0.16299.192 32-bit) I seem to have lost the drivers for the audio, camera, and who knows what else. Is there an easy fix? Since I had to factory reset the tablet to get Windows to update, I'll try Microsoft's RefreshWindowsTool next. If that doesn't do the trick, I might try looking through the Acronis full backup I made before embarking on this debacle.
Full Backup Sunday and CHKDSK /R Monday before Patch Tuesday, always.

I've also been having the same problem, and have been bouncing my head off of it for the better part of a week.
If you find a solution, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks for the drivers, but no amount of uninstalling old drivers and reinstalling these do anything for me.

Actually, upon several more rounds of deleting and updating driver, the realtek audio driver finally took, and I have sound back.

How about the cameras? Some people had WiFi issues too.
If you're thinking about rolling back the whole mess by restoring from a full system backup, forget it. Tablets won't boot Acronis rescue media, and Windows System Image Recovery doesn't want to recognize my drives or .VHDX files created from Acronis backups.

I asked in the drivers thread how that collection was made. Maybe the same procedure will work for your device too.
