Hello khuto,

Welcome to Community@Inisgnia™!

When you plug them, do you get the found new hardware bubble?

Is it asking for drivers? Have you tried letting Windows locate the most suitable drivers?

If you go to Device Manager do you see any Unknown device or a device with a yellow exclamation mark?

Keep in mind that once you install the Speakers you will need to select them as the preferred audio output. Go to Control Panel and on the Sound icon, select the Insignia speakers as Playback default  device.

Thank you,
Gonza

Forgive me if I'm being short Gonzolo but this website's help section is dizzyingly cyclical in nature, doesn't even make a vague reference to the concept of a driver, and you did every thing in your post ACCEPT answer the question. In short it's what ever the opposite of user friendly is (user hostile?). I can't speak for the op but I am not a novice, let me worry about trouble shooting my computer. Short and sweet is what I'm looking for no more questions, just answer the question yes or no (A link if yes, would be cool to), are there drivers we can download for this product?

Hello Perspicacity,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

The short answer to your question is no, a driver is not available for download. Nor should the installation of one be necessary. We ask questions like the ones Gonzalo posed to identify the true cause of the problem. If you'd care to reply to them (and provide any additional information you might think valuable for us to know), I'll be happy to forward your response to our technical team for research. Also, if you'd please confirm your product model number as this thread is over 18 months old, that would be helpful too.
