xp restore

Can anybody help? I'm trying to restore insignia D300a to original factory state without recovery discs and nobody knows how whoever i ask. Which f button do i press or are there any othr ways ?Plesa help!

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

The only way to restore your computer to original factory state would be via the system recovery disk provided when the computer was purchased. Restore disks for this computer are not available unfortunately.

Thanks for answering. The computer gets a blue screen with an error message. Is it safe to buy a recovery disc from ebay ?
