What is the return policy for the GPS?
• You have 30 days after the date of purchase to return the GPS and it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I know how much battery charge I have left?
• The battery charge indicator is located in the upper left corner of the Home screen. The battery charge indicator is not available on the Map view.
-If the battery is fully charged, three bars will be located inside the battery icon.

How long does the battery charge last?
• A fully charged battery delivers about two hours of use.

• It takes approximately three hours to charge the battery.

Are there any indicators to let me know my battery is dying?
• Yes, a message will appear on the screen asking you to charge your GPS.

What is the SD card used for? Can I add maps or pictures to it?
• The SD card is used to store your Navteq maps and map updates.
• You cannot add pictures to the card.
• A map update is currently being created for this GPS. When an update is available, you will find information about it on the Insignia website, http://insigniaproducts.com/products/car/NS-NAV01.

The maps on my GPS are incorrect.
• You may need to update the maps on your GPS.
• A map update is currently being created for this GPS. When an update is available, you will find information about it on the Insignia website, http://insigniaproducts.com/products/car/NS-NAV01.
