Can you provide the model number for your product? It will start with NS-.
What issue are you having? What devices are involved?

I too have an NS-SB314 Soundbar and it worked perfectly for over two years. Today, it stopped pairing and I could not pair it to my iPhone 6s. The blue light comes on, blinks once and goes solid. I have deleted the NS-SB314 profile from my iPhone 6s and turned-off all of the other bluetooth devices in our apartment. The NS-SB314 will not pair with any of my devices, and it will not even show-up on my iPhone 6s. Apparently, it paired to another device belonging to one of our neighbors in our apartment complex. Removing the NS-SB314 from its current location is not possible.
If I unplug the NS-SB314, and leave it unplugged, how long before all of its exisiting pairing profiles would be deleted?
If I engineered a deliverable for my clents without including a "Reset" option to clear all of the settings and connections, I would be lucky if I "just-got-fired" ... :-)

Update ... When I turn-on my RCA LED LCD 40 Television, it plays sound through the normal NS-SB314 input #2 AUX IN. However, when I switch to the NS-SB314 Bluetooth input the TV sound continues to play through the NS-SB314. It normally goes silent and I can connect with one of my Bluetooth devices (I.e. iPhone 6s) .... Very strange ...
