Welcome to the forums! I consulted our technical team about the issue and they believe that if the unit is in continuous use for long periods (like the month timeframe that you describe), the unit may be overheating. Allowing the unit to cool for several hours restores the lost functionality. The other possibility of problems is with the HD decoder. If the fault lies there, service would be required.
