yes hello,
i have the insignia ns-sbar soundbar that constantly buzz's when the tv is on or even off. i have read in previous threads that it is the power supply adapter and that it needs to be replaced. i noticed in the thread other members who had the same problem were shipped a new power supply. now there was a contact number and i was told i needed to have my receipt. as this was a gift to me from a family member, i do not have the receipt. i can provide the serial number of the soundbar and the power supply or whatever else is needed. can someone please help me and direct me who to contact in order to receive the new power supply? thanks for any help.
