I got my husband the Insignia Model NS-HT511 and the Rocketfish wireless speakers Model RF-WHTIB for Christmas. The system works hooked up, but will not work wirelessly. We have already called Best Buy where we purchased it and spoke with their help. We exchanged the Rocketfish box and still have the same issue.
We get an AAL error and it won't connect. When you hook the wires up between the Home Theater Receiver and the Wireless box we get the solid red lights, but then when we plug in the speaker wires, it goes compeletely off.
Any ideas? Really hate that his Christmas present still isn't working.
Thanks!

Hello Joy,
Where are you seeing this error? I am a little confused, you said when you hook the wires up between the home theater receiver and the wireless unit that everything seems to be fine, when you plug in the speaker wires everything goes off. Do you mean that you have the speaker cables from the receiver to the sender unit and everything is OK but when you attach the speakers to the wireless receiver everything shuts off?
In a typical setting you would have the Surround Right and Surround Left from the Home Theater connected to the Right and Left speaker inputs on the wireless sender unit. Then on the wireless receiver unit you will have the Speaker Output Left and Right connected to your surround speakers.
Regards,
Tom
