Smart Voice Speaker NS CASGASP-8 Stuck on EST Time Zone

Hello, I have just set up my smart voice speaker and it will not update to CST time zone. I have attempted to do this with Automatic Time Zone selected and with Manual Time zone selected. The speaker is on firmaware version 306 and cast fimware version1.28.101871. Thanks in advance for any help with this matter.

Just to be clear, Assistant has the correct time. Even when alarms are set they go off at the correct time. The issue is that the clock on the unit says it is one hour ahead of the actual time. I have factory reset each time I have attempted to correct the issue by holding the mute button on the back of the unit until all lights turn orange on top.

Usually resetting the speaker to factory defaults would clear up any issues like the one you had noted. I’m sorry to hear that it hasn’t resolve the issue at hand. Thank you so much for your patience on this matter! Our support team advised it would be best to reset the speaker by doing a Factory Reset, and manually enter the time zone in the Smartphone / Tablet, and during the setup in Google Home in the screen “Enter your address” make sure that it is in the same time zone.
