I have an Insignia NS-H2002-U upconvert DVD/surround sound system. I have it connected to my TV through an HDMI cable, Insignia DVD/surround is connected to my Direct TV sat box via component cables, the sat box is connected to the TV with an HDMI cable. The TV is an LG 50" plasma, the DVD on the Insignia system works, sometimes there is trouble with the sound. The TV to sat box has no problems. The issue is that I can't get my TV to play well with the surround(watching football no surround). I am also trying to hook my PS3 with with my surround, that is also not happening. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
