We recently launched a new website! It is very important to us that we meet
our customer's needs with our online presence. How can we enhance the new website?

You should allow website account holders to track all of the Insignia products they own on their account. This will assist your customers in accessing information quickly for their products such as online manuals, specifications, and firmware updates.
Adding this feature to your website will also generate Insignia brand loyalty as well.
i8movies - thank you for the suggestion! We are actually working on a project to do just that. It is probably a long way out yet so don't get your hopes up just yet, but it is in the works!
