Password protections for streaming devices

I have the NS-WBRDVD2. Different services work differently, so passwords on the player would be super. (Netflix had parental controls, but there is no password bypass so NO streaming at all if you try to watch something over the setting you chose when logged in to your online netflix account. Computer, blu-ray, roku... no streaming over the selected ratings will work. Things not rated wouldn't work either - even if they were known family shows but the info hadn't been entered into the system. Ratings updates could take hours to take effect as well so you couldn't change whenever you felt like it and depend on it to update right away to watch something.)

I would like password protection for the following (and the option to turned passwords off as well for those without the concern.)

1) Passwords for accessing the online services of any sort (pandora, netflix, amazon...whatever is available on the machine) (or turn passwords off for accessing online services)

2) Passwords for television and movie ratings levels (or turn password off for ratings).

3) Passwords for anything rented or purchased, such as CinemaNow, Amazon VOD, Blockbuster, etc) My kids have rented things before and we didn't know it until we saw the credit card bill. They don't even always intend too rent since most of them can't even read well; they start pressing buttons and suddenly you've rented or even purchased. Thank goodness no movie purchases. Most likely it would be something I did not want to own or even see.

Password blocks for all of these three instances would make me so happy!

I did an update on my WBRDVD2 today. It had a parental password field and a ratings field. I set the rating to PG-13 and entered a password but it didn't prevent me from streaming a Netflix rated R movie. I don't understand why it wasn't blocked. I even tried another rated R streaming movie with the same result of the movie playing. I didn't try playing a rated R DVD yet to see what would happen. It definitely didn't perform as I expected though since it was in th "parental" section with a passcode setting.

I hope these password options will be fairly easy to implement into a firmware update. Thank you!
