This is an idea that might be cool, well I would say appetiting to consumer. What I would love to see is a weather screen as a screensaver on the TV or Blu Ray that support internet connection. The weather screensaver will automatically activate after x minutes. User can enter the zip code on the settings. A screen that should looks something like this.

Would be ever better if it handles multiple city, radar maps, 10 days forecast, current weather, hour by hour and the list go on.
