iPad shoulder bag

Tablet sleeves only hold the product.  Netbook caess fit tabletes, but are tool bulky.  Create a slim-line, shoulder back for the iPad that has room to hold a few accessories.

Re: iPad shoulder bag

Sounds good. But what about taking a design cue from the military, and designing the shoulder pouch to double as a hands-free platform?

That is, while wearing the pouch slung over your shoulder you could shift the pouch to hang from your neck like a professional camera sling & then by having a flip-down pouch holding the iPad with cloth limit straps that adjust the position, you would be able to use the iPad without needing to hold it up by hand.

The portion of the shoulder pouch that remains vertical while the iPad is being held hands-free, is where you would place all of your accessory pockets for things such as an Airstash wireless hard-drive, or pen & paper.

The limit straps should have quick-releases to allow opening the pouch all the way flat for table-top use, or to reverse the pouch.

In reverse mode, the pouch can be used closed with iPad & accessories available on either side, or by using the limit straps and by opening the pouch, you could stand the pouch on a table like an artists easel.

It would also be nice to have an upgrade to include a solar panel on the outside of the pouch.
