Here at Insignia™ we want to make your experience with our products as great as possible.  We have recently noticed a lot of our users asking for support using a universal remote with their product.  While we feel the remotes we provide with our products are great, we understand there are times when you might want to use another remote.  This could be especially useful if you use one remote to control all of your devices.

If you're having trouble finding a code, we want to help.  We have set up a special topic in our television support board for you to request a remote code for you specific remote and device combination.  Here's what we need you to provide so that we can get you what you need:

• The remote control manufacturer and model number.
• The model number of your TV.
• Any additional details about your situation that might help us help you.

Then, click here and post the above information and we will make our best effort to get your answer.

We also ask that you remember that most universal remote controls don't offer all of the functionality of your original Insignia™ TV controller, but we'll do our best to make sure that you get the most out of your universal remote!
