SPRING CLEANING: How to turn your old unused electronic s into new Insignia products in 3 easy steps

The first day of spring was last Saturday and if you’re like me, you’re already elbow deep in the dirt and dust that has accumulated over the year. Also if you’re like me, there are certain things you can never seem to get completely clean during your annual Spring Cleaning endeavors – the floor under the fridge, the boxes of sporting equipment in the garage and the big pile of electronics in the attic that you haven’t used in years but can’t bring yourself to throw out.
Well, Best Buy can help with at least one of those things – every Best Buy store nationwide is equipped to accept and safely recycle your old routers, receivers and radios, and can even offer you cash for your gently used electronics!
And while you’re there, you might want to check out upgrading some of the products you just recycled for new Insignia products, like the Insignia Home Theater Receiver or Boom Box with Apple iPod dock. They’ll definitely work a lot better with your current electronics than all those wood-paneled artifacts!
To see what qualifies for trade in and to calculate the trade-in value of your electronics, go to Bestbuy.com/tradein, and for additional information on recycling, go to Bestbuy.com/recycling. And happy cleaning!
