Much of what you stated is false. HD Radio is full of digital artifacts, dropouts, echoing, and bland programming Many HD Radio stations have shut off their signals, too. HD Radio creates destructive interference to adjacent-channels. Try going into any Best Buy store and ask for HD Radio - you will receive blank stares.
