3.5" stuck on welcome slideshow (Introducing the Infocast...)

I have a 3.5" infocast and when I plug it in it just loops on the introduction slideshow.  I press the button and tap the screen and nothing happens.  How do I set the thing up?

Hello hobbes487,

Have you tried Restoring Factory Defaults?  To do this:

  1. Turn off your Infocast Internet Media Display, then press a finger to the screen while you press the power button to turn it back on. The Special options menu opens.
  2. Tap Restore factory settings. A message asks if you want to restore settings.
  3. Tap OK
