Hello

I have Infocast Insignia 8 and am trying to stream music/photos from my laptop computer - windows 7. Infocast can see my computer, displays folders - but when I click the folders, I dont see files underneath. It shows empty - but there are files under those folders. ALL folders are stated as empty when it is not the case. any help?

Hello Krishmeena,

I would recommend ensuring that the folders/files you are wishing to access are shared so that any device on your network can access them. More information on sharing files on Windows 7 can be found here. As long as they are shared properly from your computer, you should be able to access them on the Infocast.
