I was settling down for a nice long slumber, iheart radio playing quietly at my bedside when we suddenly had a brief power outage (less than 2 seconds) - just long enough to cause the Infocast to shut down and re-boot. When it came back up, iheart radio was GONE from my music choices!
Does anyone know how to get it back? I am assuming the worst - that something happened with the licensing and the application was pulled from the menu and my device just never updated until this little power cycle. I tried re-booting it again and iheart radio is still gone.
I've spend several hundred dollars on internet radios, HD radios and now this (the Infocast) trying to listen to my favorite clear-channel radio stations. This is the only solution that has worked well. I sure hope this isn't a licensing / marketing BS move, Does anybody know?

UPDATE
I logged into my chumby account and poked around in there for a little while. I saw the iheart radio logo in at least two places, but there was no way to click on them or to specifically add / remove that app. Then, I saw a place to try the new software (beta) and thought I'd select that. I logged out, and then re-booted my Infocast one more time. When it was finished re-booting, it looked to me like the same software was still loaded (I'm not sure what changed in the new beta software). I then re-loaded my channel (on the Infocast) and iheart radio was back in my music choice list.
This ia a mystery to me. Obviously, with no way for the end-user to control which apps are loaded as part of the control panel, the chances are much greater that we could lose or get "better" versions (and have nothing to say about it). That is a chance I knew I'd have to take when I bought the thing. What I don't understand is why this specific app disappeared and then just came back - seemingly for no reason. I am not sure i did anything to get it back, but I'm going to have to leave well-enough alone for now.
I'd love to hear any insight you all might have. I saw one other post here where something similar to this happened to another user. I'm not sure if the power glitch had anything to do with it.

Stuff like this happens all the time. It may have something to do with the rinky dinkiness of "chumby.com". Apps disappear here and there all the time. Maybe once a month to once a week. Even on a Chumby device. Also, I heart radio...the streams poop out once or twice a week. You'll be listening to them and all of a sudden they go quiet. Then you have to back out of the app and restart it. That could be the stream provider's problem, not Chumby/Infocast.
I offer sympathy but no solution. You just learn to live with the technology. Oddly, I could listen to my favorite station right here on AM radio but do not because, while it's a local 50Kw signal, there's always some kind of interference and fading that gets annoying, plus the radio eats batteries. I thought even the Chumby One itself was going to be reliable, but it's not. 95% at best.
I also have an Infocast 8", which does not support I heart radio (GRRRRR!). I'm thinking maybe there's a reason why...it isn't rock solid on this platform yet.
