Can you provide the model number for your tablet? It should start with NS-.
Put the tablet onto the charger for at least 3 hours then try to turn it on. Does the tablet respond at all? Be sure you hold the power button for a few seconds. Also have you tried multiple outlets and chargers?
Do you know when and where the tablet was purchased? Do you still have the receipt?

I am having the same issue. My tablet has done it twice where it wouldn't power on and I have to hold the power button for about 20 seconds to reboot it to get it to come on. This is terrible how can I fix it?

The battery has/had a charge, I put it down to do something else approx. 30-45mins, it went to sleep but won't wake up/turn on. I did plug it into an outlet with no luck. What can I do?

I had the same issue and fixed it by turning off the "Press power button twice for camera" option.
It is located in Settings>Display>Press power button twice for camera - set it in the off position.
I had originally set this off along with the Sleep function but, that turned out to be overkill.
Everything else on the tablet works fine except for System Update. After reading multiple forums on this, it appears to be a dead horse which will never be resolved.
Good for surfing the web and some light games. $99.....you get what you pay for!
