Hello. As I am reading the various threads as a community member there are a couple of things that I wish could be concisely posted somewhere and some type of expectations set. Let me first say that I appreciate the Insignia products team taking time to build and support this community website. Secondly, I hope the team appreciates the users that have provided various inputs into this community discussion.
Reading through the different topics and sections, there appear to be a number of Insignia team members that post at any time to the site. However, I was wondering if there was a way to list or designate certain team members that are the current "go-to" people, in one place/listing, for the various product lines or equipment offerings that we community members can or should expect to hear from in the various community discussions.
Also, as we all know the community will grow and thrive from greater interaction between the Insignia team and community members. Can we set a reasonable timeline or expectation of some regular feedback from the Insignia team on the various discussion topics?
I know we as community members come with a lot of questions, mostly about support issues ta might take some time and a different avenuet to respond (say actuall working with tecnnical support directly vs. through the discussion board). Specifically though on topics of interest of "what's next"/"what's in the pipeline", any updates to current hardware, or additional services that may be provided through current technologies that the Insignia team may be directly working on...I would hope that we can be provided regular updates and hopefully be viewed as more than just users but through continual discussions become an extended and valuable part of the Insignia team and growth process.
