DO NOT purchase items from this company. They die after the warranty expires and the company will do nothing.
I had this frame die on me after 13 mos, the company would do nothing since it was out of warranty. Since the item was a gift, I purchased another of the same frame. It too died after 13 mos and agin the company will do nothing.
This is the worst customer service EVER. They rake in big bucks for a product that doesnt last after the warranty expires, then claim since the warranty is up, its up to the comsumer to pay to fix it.
UNACCEPTABLE.
