Does anyone know who handles the billing for insignia? Is it best buy or insignia? Can anyone direct me to a phone number? I attempted to "restart service" in August so that my family could track me during my road trip to Florida and I was not able to restart service and continued to get an error message; HOWEVER my credit card was charged the $9.99 fee 4 times on the same day (8/22/11) and my account is still suspended and I have no service; Additionaly my account states that my next billing date is 9/23/11 however my service was never restarted. I need my money refunded and any future billing to stop. At this point I have no interest in ever using this product again, especially since it's been discontinued and there is no clear information on where to go for billing issues. I appreciate any help and information that anyone can provide.

I forgot to mention that My insignia Billing issue is regarding the insignia Little Buddy.
