I recently last month bought the insignia ns-mb15600 battery online. I believe I purchased it from Best Buy, but I no longer have the receipt because I signed in as a guest there. I have only used the battery for a few weeks and it has seemed to stop functioning.
The 4 blue led light indicators are constantly blinking after pressing the side button, even when it's not charging or plugged in. When I try to plug something in or try to charge it, nothing happens, and the 4 lights permanently blink for hours.
I don't know if I can return it somewhere or get this fixed but it's pretty ridiculous that it stopped working after a month, and now I have no receipt.
