I own the NS-MB15600 Portable Charger. I use it to extend my time on my mobile phone through the day.
Often (90%+) when I plug it in to charge the device, it will only charge for a short while and stops charging. It takes me pushing the 'Battery Indicator Button' on the side to get it to resume charging - then it goes off again, push the button again, and so on...
I'd hate to rely on it to actually continuously charge while I am away from the device - and then come back to find my phone at the same battery level.
I would prefer that it be "Set it and Forget It" kind oif charger!!
Is this normal??

That is not how this device is designed to function. Do you know when and where you purchased this battery? Do you still have the receipt?

Yes, at this point the best resolution is to take the product and receipt into Best Buy. If you are within 15 days of purchase you can talk to customer service for return/exchange. If you are outside of that, you will need to speak with Geek Squad for warranty evaluation.
