Needed this unit to receive coax cable input from digital antenna, and provide HDMI output to TV through an in-wall HDMI cable. Initial setup and channel scan went well. For a few weeks, we had no problem with the unit. Over time, some channel groups (i.e., 22-1, 22-2, 22-3, etc.) now have good picture and strong signal strength, but no sound. Not a problem with the TV station's signal, as other TV's in the house with coax connection are receiving picture and sound just fine off the same antenna. Have tried turning unit off and back on, disconnecting and reconnecting all power and cables, and re-running setup and channel scan. Same results. Can't find a way to reset this model to factory state and start over.
Appreciate any help resolving, or do I just have a defective unit?

I forgot to add to original post -- sound and picture are often out of sync on received channels. Turning the unit off and back on usually corrects this until I tune to a different chanel.
