Best buy click to chat is down and NOT working it has been NOT working sense the 2nd of October (34 days) please get it fixed ASAP thank you. I am using windows vista home premium and Internet explorer 9. I have tried a different web browser and a different computer. When I click on it a box comes up and has you put in you name phone numbed and email and once I click it just refreshes the page BUT does NOT go to the chat please get this fixed ASAP thank you.
