I recently purchased the Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter (NS-PCY5BMA2), got it working with no errors. I have a Bluetooth In-Ear headset (NS-CAHBTEB01), I've had for about a year, still works just fine in great condition. Now the thing is I wanted to connect this to my computer through via USB Adapter for Skype and the such but, the problem is, the USB does not find the Headset at all, no matter the drivers. Both devices are 4.0 enabled, are these two able to connect and am I just missing something?

Have you been able to make this work? I have a pair of Bose QC35s, and they will not pair with this device, either. Bose mentions that the bluetooth must be A2DP compatible for stereo connections. Is it that this adapter does not support this? Can anyone from Insignia answer this question?

I have the same problem with my Bose Soundlink portable speaker. Everything shows up when trying to connect, but just fails to pair every time, I've tried everything. I think it is a Windows 10 problem.
