I recently bought NS-B3112A but it is missing the needed 12V 2A 24W AC adapter. I was wondering if I can get a generic 12V 2 A 24W AC adapter such as this:

You can purchase the replacement adapter here. If you are under warranty and the part did not come with the unit when you originally purchased it, please contact our support line for assistance ordering parts under warranty.

In regards to you question about the 3rd party adapter, I would not suggest using it  as the manual states on page 11 "Only use the supplied AC power adapter..."
