My speakers wont work when i connect an Ipod but they work fine when i have a cd, or radio and when i have something in aux but when i connect my ipod the volume is all the way up and on my ipod too and it plays very softly it was working fine up till recently... Help PLEASE!
What model of iPod are you using with the NS-B4113? Also just to clarify, you have no sound when the iPod is connected with the dock and low volume when connected to aux in, or it is low through the dock and normal using the aux connection?
I am Using Ipod touch 1st gen. and a ipod touch 2nd gen... The ipod volume sounds low when it is in the dock even though the volume is all the way up in both the ipod and the stereo... its normal in the aux connection..
Have you tried using your iPods with any other devices that have docks and if so, did they function properly? I just wanted to check to see, as this would let us know if it is the dock itself that is experiencing issues.
Sorry for my delay, I would suggest that you take the unit, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain warranty service. The NS-B4113 has a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.
