NS-BTHDP Is Stuck On And Will no Turn Off Or Reset Help Me Please =S

My Headset Charged Its Full time needed i try to see if theres a way to reset but after having for  a good 6 months or so do not have guide the blue light stays on and does not chage if i try to plug in and will not show up on bluetooth device list  so if anyone can help PLEASE PLEASE DO =s

A copy of the owner's manual can be found here.  To reset your headphones, plug the charger into a power outlet, then press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons at the same time. This turns off power to the headset and resets it.  If you still have trouble after the reset, please let us know.

yes holding the vol + - buttons while charger pluged in worked when my headphones were stuck OFF and did not want to turn ON! now they turn on and work like new! whew!
