The unit does appear to have power because the clock is working and is lit. However the on off button does not turn the unit on allowing the rest of the functions to work.

If you haven't already, try power-cycling the unit by turning it off and unplugging it for an hour. If the problem persists afterward, repairs may be required. Service under the 90-day warranty can be obtained by carrying the product in to the place of purchase.
